What does the warranty cover?

The Warranty covers all functional aspects of the Product under normal use. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by the Warranty.

What does the Warranty not cover?

Any problem caused by abuse, misuse, exposure to excessive heat, liquids, sand or other contaminants or an act of God, such as but not limited to flood, drought, earthquake or any other natural disaster is not covered. The Warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen Products.

How does the Warranty work?

Should the Product malfunction or fail to perform, the Product shall be replaced by Evogue with the similar Product. This choice shall be handled on a case-by-case basis between Evogue and the Customer. Should a dispute between Evogue and the Customer arise on the option to choose, the final decision is at the discretion of Evogue.

Under which conditions does the Warranty apply?

The Customer is eligible to pursue a claim under three conditions, as follows:

  1. The Customer is able to present the Product.
  2. The Customer is able to present the receipt of the Product.
  3. The Customer has activated their Warranty by registering their product.


RETURNS ( Products) may be returned to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Evogue's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • Claims may be approved depending on product condition on a pro rata basis
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

To obtain the benefit of the Warranty, the Customer has to deliver the Product via prepaid transportation to Evogue. Evogue shall not assume the risk of loss of the Product during shipment from Customer to Evogue. After the Product is shipped to Evogue, Evogue will inspect the Product and contact the Customer within fourteen business days to give the results of the inspection and inform the Customer of the next steps. The costs associated with shipping the Product back to the Customer shall be borne by Evogue. In case the Product is repaired or replaced, the new Warranty runs from the day the Customer receives the new Product.

Over time, products will become worn and obsolete, and materials and parts will wear down or may become unusable due to advances in technology. A product warranty therefore means that the product over its reasonable life span will work the way it is supposed to under normal conditions and use.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

Consumer Protection

For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Evogue's liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
